To help with your Scene Analysis (as discusssed in class) there is now a template document you can use. If you would prefer, complete one of these for each scene in your production. If you complete it by hand you can add a comment to your blog and just a photo of the sheets to show the examiner the work you have done.

FICTION RECORDS has been added to the list of “Independent Record Labels” (see links). although they are not independent. They are worth studying because they started out as an independent but because they were so successful are now owned by Polydor, a subsiduary of one of the Big Four, Universal.
The Independent Record Labels which have links on the blog… see bottom right of screen….have been chosen as suitable ones for you to study. You should have started this by now. You can see some previous primary research on this page.
This page on the Development of the Internet (a list of key dates) should be read and understood as the music industry’s relationship with the internet is related to key stages in the development of on-line activity – i.e the introduction of the Web (mid 90s), llegal peer to peer downloading (1999) availability of Broadband (2004), etc.
